Since becoming the very first all-organic coffee roaster in 1992, Jim, our green coffee buyer (among other things) has always placed the quality of the coffee that we purchase as our number one priority. Our belief has always been that if you take care of the quality that we buy and sell, everything else will fall into place.

We are a 100% organic roaster (meaning all we do here is organic coffee), and the very nature of the organic business is a more direct relationship with growers; a sustainable business model – recognizing that farmers need the capitol to continue to use organic practices and do so to produce quality, and a paper trail to abide by these practices. There is an unquestionably good deal of trust involved in the above statement, but this is why we spend a great deal of time on verification.
